In October ‘98 we forged ahead toward the fulfillment of a dream for future ministry. As missionaries for TCM Mission in Brazil, we began to sense the need for believers in Christ to become better grounded in God’s Word, and sought the Lord as to how we might be able to fulfill that need. We realized that believers can best be strengthened as their hearts and minds are saturated with Bible truth. The experience and education we had acquired during the course of our lives led us to one conclusion — Why not use all of today’s technology available to take the Word of God to believers, provide study tools to enhance their spiritual lives, and preserve the writings of various authors who have eloquently expounded on God’s Message of Grace — and why not put it in a media format that can be utilized by Future Generations?

That was the beginning of TBS Ministries, Inc., a nonprofit organization founded in the State of Indiana, USA.

How is our ministry performed?

  • Through the creation, development, and distribution of digital Bible study tools
  • Through visits to churches, conferences, and events, as well as home Bible studies
  • Through the preaching of God’s Word from the pulpit (by invitation/interim pastoral care)
  • Through our website.

As stated above, TBS Ministries was founded with the purpose of "Taking the Word of God to Future Generations". In accomplishing that goal, the first product launched was the Grace Library CD-ROM, an electronic library with more than 250 works, all written by well-known grace writers, teachers, and pastors. From this vast list of authors we can cite such names as J. C. O’Hair, Sam Vinton Jr., Paul Sadler, C.R. Stam, Charles Baker, C. I. Scofield, and many more.

Recently, TBS Ministries has engaged in promoting the Mystery of the Grace of God among colleges and universities via Bible Conferences. In fact, the first one took place in Brazil, South America, in 1998. The theme of this conference was the “First Conference on Science and Faith”. We had the privilege of receiving over 300 attendees during three days for this conference.

In the U.S., four conferences have been held, two in Indiana, one in Ohio, and another in Michigan. Bible-focused themes have been chosen, such as: "Where in the World is God Today? - In Society and In the Church" and “True Spirituality”.

Additionally, TBS has founded two more branches of ministry, TBS Online Learning and TBS Digital Publications, both with the purpose of “Teaching and Promoting the Word of God Rightly Divided and Applying These Truths to Present and Future Generations”. These new ministry departments are currently in the formative and development stages with great potential for further growth.

TBS has also assisted the local church by filling the pulpit for churches without a pastor, preaching on Sundays, interacting with church members, and working alongside the church family in an interim capacity until a permanent pastor can be found. This has taken place in both Evansville (IN) and Linton (IN), where full-time pastors were eventually found.

Finally, TBS Ministries encourages believers to study God’s Word for guidance and illumination in today’s world. Bible studies are held, with special focus on the spiritual needs of college students, internationals, children and adults. Attention is dedicated to understanding not only the theological meaning of God’s Word, but also its practical application.

By supporting TBS Ministries, you are helping provide the means for the Gospel of God's Grace to be preached, as revealed through the Apostle Paul. Your donation is utilized 100% toward the various projects God has given us to promote salvation by grace through faith alone. Your prayers and gifts also assist us in paying travel expenses, maintaining office supplies, and preserving grace works via both electronic and paper publishing. Supporting this ministry helps us more than words can describe. Thank you for your support!
